1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Luxury Quests (www.luxuryquests.com) and Lux African Travel (www.luxafricantravel.com) for Membership Purposes, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. What is the Membership

– Membership is a digital subscription-based product. It provides access to curated content, tour plans, hotel recommendations, and other benefits as described on the Membership information page.

– Membership does not include travel bookings such as flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, guides, visas, insurance, or other on-the-ground services, unless explicitly stated for a specific offer.

– Membership is personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the registered account holder.

3. Membership Tiers

– Luxury Quests offers three tiers: Silver, Golden, and VIP Platinium.

– Each tier grants different levels of access and benefits. Details are published on the official website.

– We reserve the right to adjust, add, or remove benefits for future Members. Existing Members will be notified of such changes.

4. Eligibility

Membership is available only to individuals 18 years or older who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

5. Membership & Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when registering.

Accounts are non-transferable and may be terminated if misuse is detected.

We reserve the right to modify membership features or pricing at any time.

6. Payments, Subscription & Renewals

– All payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

– Memberships are billed annually. Access is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.

– Unless cancelled, subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of the billing period.

– Members may cancel at any time. Cancelled memberships remain active until the end of the paid period.

– No refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated or required by law.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

– By proceeding to payment, you consent to immediate access to digital membership benefits and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law.

– If you do not agree, please do not proceed with payment.

8. Scope of Use

– Membership grants personal access to digital content and services only.

– It does not constitute a travel service agreement or a package under the EU Package Travel Directive.

9. Renewal Notification

Members will receive a reminder notice prior to each renewal. Payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) may also issue automated renewal notices.

10. User Conduct

Users must not engage in illegal, abusive, or disruptive activities on our platform.

Unauthorised use or access to our systems is strictly prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property

Copyright laws protect all content on Luxury Quests (www.luxuryquests.com) and Lux African Travel (www.luxafricantravel.com).

Members may not copy, distribute, or modify content without prior written permission.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

Luxury Quests is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
